Not every trip fits one route. If you want more time at Etosha, a week on the coast, a rock art and culture tour, or a fishing break at Swakopmund, we build the tour around you. You tell us what you'd like, we plan the route, and you travel with your own driver-guide in a private 4x4 safari vehicle.
How it works
Tell us your plan.
Use the planner to give us your dates, the number of guests, the places you'd like to see and what you enjoy. It takes about three minutes, and you can skip anything you aren't sure about.
We build a draft route.
We choose the days, the drives, the lodges and the activities that suit your plan, in the order that makes sense on the map.
You receive a quote.
We send the route and the price, usually within one working day. You can ask for changes as many times as you like.
You confirm.
A deposit confirms your booking, and we send you a booking confirmation and, before you travel, a pack with everything you need.
Nothing is booked until you confirm, and you don't pay anything to receive a quote.
What we can change
- Dates and length. From a few days to several weeks.
- Places. Windhoek, Sossusvlei, Swakopmund and Walvis Bay, Damaraland, Etosha and other parts of Namibia.
- Pace. Relaxed, with shorter drives and more time at each place, or packed with sights.
- Lodges. Mid-range or luxury, or a mix.
- Activities. Game drives, dune climbs, rock art, community visits, boat trips, sandboarding, onshore fishing, scenic flights.
- Group. A private tour for your own party, or a small group of up to 8 guests.
- Extras. Airport transfers, celebrations, dietary needs and anything else you ask for.

What your quote includes
Your quote shows the route day by day, the lodges, the vehicle and driver-guide, the meals, park fees and activities that are included, and the price for your group. It also states the payment dates and the cancellation terms that apply to your tour. If something isn't included, we say so.
What we need from you
- When you'd like to travel, or the months you are considering.
- How many adults and children, and the children's ages.
- The places and activities you'd like.
- Your preferred comfort level and pace.
- Your budget range per person, not including flights, if you have one.
- Anything we should know: mobility, diet, a celebration.
If you aren't sure about some of this, tell us what you can and we'll suggest options.
Why plan with a local team
A driver-guide who knows the roads and the camps can build a route that works on the ground. Namibia is large, and some days involve long drives on gravel. We balance driving with time at each place, and we plan the best light for the dunes and the best hours for the waterholes.
We tell you what to expect, including what isn't possible. For example, we can't promise that you'll see a particular animal.

Do I pay for a quote?
No. A quote is free and you aren't obliged to book.
How long does a quote take?
Usually within one working day.
What is the shortest tour you can build?
Tell us what you have in mind. We can plan a few days on the coast, or a longer tour of several regions.
Can I travel with children?
Yes. Tell us their ages when you send your plan. Some activities have age limits, and we plan around them.
Can I change my plan after I send it?
Yes. Reply to our email or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you plan self-drive trips?
Not at the moment. Our tours include a driver-guide.
Can I travel in a group of friends or family?
Yes, up to 8 guests per vehicle.
